Indian Creek Condominium Association Assessment Payment Information
1. You can set up automatic payments through your bank.
2. You can set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment through CIT, the bank
used by your association. To create a payment schedule online:
o Visit
o Select Sign up to register
o Create an account – enter your personal information,
 required property information (see below) and create a username and password
  Management ID: 3028
  Association ID: ICCA
  Account Number: found on your statement
o After creating an account, you will be asked to log in using your new username and
o Enter the required payment information
o Enter the details for your payment schedule – choose your start and end dates (or no
end date)
** If you need assistance while using CIT’s website or app, call CIT 1-866-800-4656 and choose Option 3**
**CIT does charge a processing fee if paying with a credit card online or via the app**
**There is a convenience fee for all payment types charged when using the Property Pay app.**
3. If sending a check or money order payment (either via your bank or yourself) please
make the check or money order payable to your association and note your account
number or address including unit number on the check or money order. Please mail all
check or money order payments to:
